Terms of Service

1. What NyxiaTV is

NyxiaTV is a media player and personal streaming manager. We do not provide, host, resell or recommend any channels, streams or content of any kind. To use the Service you must supply your own legitimately obtained playlist or subscription from a third-party provider. NyxiaTV is the interface; the content source is entirely your responsibility.

2. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

• Only use playlists, streams and credentials you are legally entitled to access.
• Not use the Service to infringe copyright or any other rights of third parties.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Not share your account in violation of your plan, or resell access to the Service.

You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you choose to load and view through the Service in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & billing

The Service offers a free plan and paid Premium plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change, with notice for active subscribers.

5. Simultaneous streams

The number of devices that can stream at the same time depends entirely on your third-party provider, not on NyxiaTV. Our device and profile limits control how many devices are activated on your account and are separate from any limits imposed by your content provider.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and content we create, is owned by NyxiaTV and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every playlist, provider or device. Playback quality and availability depend on your network and your provider.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NyxiaTV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page or to support@nyxia.tv.
