To help us resolve your question quickly, please include as much detail as you can: the device you are using, the type of playlist you imported (M3U or Xtream Codes), and a description of what you expected versus what happened. If it is a billing question, mention the email address associated with your account.

Remember that NyxiaTV is a media player only — we cannot help with the content, channels or simultaneous stream limits of your provider, as those are managed entirely by them. For everything related to the app itself, though, we are glad to assist.
