Delete your account

You can permanently delete your NyxiaTV account and its data at any time. No app installation is required.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself

Sign in at nyxia.tv/auth/signin.
Go to Account settings and scroll to Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, email support@nyxia.tv from the address registered to your account, with the subject Account deletion request. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials
All profiles, including PINs and kids-mode settings
Favorites and continue-watching positions
Playlists and any stored playlist credentials
Devices and activation codes

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. An active subscription is cancelled as part of the process.

What we keep, and for how long

Billing records. Invoices and payment records are kept for up to 7 years where tax and accounting law requires it. They are stored by our payment provider, not linked to an active account.
